Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Klyvo.ai, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use Klyvo.ai for another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind them.

You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly at alakanada99@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Klyvo.ai provides tools for generating, editing, organizing, downloading, and publishing images, videos, scripts, prompts, captions, voices, and related media. Features may use third-party AI models and services and may change, be limited, or become temporarily unavailable.

AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other content, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You must review every output before using or publishing it.

Some actions consume credits based on the selected model, duration, resolution, or feature. The estimated credit cost shown before generation is deducted according to the service rules. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless expressly allowed, and may be subject to reasonable expiration or plan limits disclosed at purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew as disclosed during checkout until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, taxes, renewal periods, cancellation terms, and included credits are displayed at checkout or on the Pricing page. Refund rights required by applicable consumer law are not limited by these Terms; otherwise, completed digital-service usage and consumed credits are generally non-refundable except where we state otherwise or the service failed due to our verified error.

You retain any rights you hold in content you upload and, as between you and Klyvo.ai, in eligible generated output to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party model terms. You grant Klyvo.ai a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, and modify your content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions for all uploaded media, faces, voices, trademarks, music, and other material, and for every publication you initiate. You are responsible for disclosures required for synthetic or AI-generated media.

You may not use Klyvo.ai to violate law or third-party rights; impersonate or deceive people; create non-consensual intimate or exploitative content; abuse minors; facilitate violence, fraud, malware, harassment, or discrimination; infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or trademark rights; evade platform safeguards; scrape or overload the service; resell access without permission; or publish content you are not authorized to distribute.

We may block generation, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful authorities where reasonably necessary to address abuse or legal obligations.

Social accounts are connected only after your authorization. A publishing request directs Klyvo.ai to transmit your selected content and metadata to the chosen platform. You remain responsible for the post, its visibility, rights clearance, regulatory disclosures, and compliance with platform rules.

YouTube, TikTok, Stripe, Supabase, Replicate, Google, AI model providers, and other third-party services operate under their own terms, policies, availability, quotas, and review processes. Klyvo.ai is not responsible for their moderation decisions, account restrictions, processing delays, API outages, or changes.

Klyvo.ai's software, interface, design, brand, documentation, and original service materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Klyvo.ai technology or branding.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Generation time, quality, and availability can vary by model and provider. We may maintain, modify, add, discontinue, or limit features and may update credit costs when provider pricing or operational costs change. Material paid-plan changes will be communicated reasonably in advance where required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klyvo.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated. We do not guarantee that output is unique, legally clear, accurate, commercially suitable, or accepted by a social platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Subject to that limitation, Klyvo.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, third-party services, published content, or lost data. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Klyvo.ai during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or where continued operation would create legal or platform risk. Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without overriding mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules that apply in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, both sides should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting the other.

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
