Klyvo.ai is currently operated by an independent service operator based in Hungary. For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact alakanada99@gmail.com.

We may collect account data such as your email address, user identifier, plan, credit balance, and authentication information; content data such as prompts, scripts, uploaded files, generated images and videos, project metadata, brand assets, and publishing settings; and technical data such as device, browser, approximate location, IP address, security events, and service logs.

When you make a purchase, Stripe processes your payment information. Klyvo.ai receives transaction identifiers, payment status, product, and billing-related records, but does not store your complete payment-card number.

When you connect YouTube or TikTok, we process your platform account identifier, display or channel name, granted scopes, encrypted access and refresh tokens, token expiry, and publication history. We do not receive your Google, YouTube, or TikTok password.

We use data to provide and secure accounts; generate and store requested content; calculate credits; process purchases and subscriptions; connect authorized third-party accounts; upload content at your direction; provide support; detect abuse; troubleshoot errors; improve reliability; and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the context, our legal basis may be performance of a contract, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating, protecting, and improving the service. You may withdraw consent for a connected social account by disconnecting it.

Your prompts, media, and related instructions may be sent to providers needed to perform the feature you request. Current providers may include Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Railway for hosting; Stripe for payments; Replicate and its model providers for AI generation; Google services including Gemini and YouTube; ElevenLabs for requested AI voice narration; and TikTok for account connection and publishing.

When you request AI narration, the narration text and selected voice identifier may be sent to ElevenLabs or Google Gemini TTS to generate the audio. Voice previews use a fixed non-personal sample sentence, so custom preview text is not shared during preview playback.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices. Some processing may occur outside Hungary or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are handled through provider contractual safeguards or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

Klyvo.ai uses YouTube API Services and the TikTok APIs only after you explicitly authorize the connection. Tokens are encrypted before storage and used to perform actions you request, such as reading basic channel or creator information and publishing a selected video.

You can disconnect either platform in Settings. Disconnecting removes the stored connection from Klyvo.ai; TikTok access is also revoked through its API when available. You can additionally revoke Google access in your Google Account security settings or revoke TikTok access in TikTok's connected-app settings.

Use of YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. TikTok features are subject to TikTok's applicable terms and privacy policy.

We retain account and project data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service. Connected-account tokens are retained until you disconnect the account, revoke authorization, request deletion, or the connection otherwise becomes invalid. Security logs and transaction records may be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

You may request account or personal-data deletion by emailing alakanada99@gmail.com from your registered email address. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal data; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority. EU and EEA users may contact their local supervisory authority, including the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information where applicable.

Klyvo.ai uses essential browser storage and authentication cookies or tokens to keep you signed in, protect sessions, remember necessary preferences, and operate core features. Additional analytics or marketing technologies will require appropriate notice and consent before they are introduced where the law requires it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, row-level database policies, encrypted social tokens, HTTPS transport, and restricted server credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Klyvo.ai is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
